Fiserone: An anti-aging agent for longevity

Even when fed to rodents, the plant extract fiserone can extend lifespan by 10%, equivalent to 75 years in humans. Fiserone delays aging through multiple mechanisms, including acting as a potent anti-aging agent. A new patented green technology has increased the bioavailability of fisetin by 25 times.

For decades, scientists have been seeking compounds that can slow down the aging process. the recent focus of attention has been on a plant extract called fiserone.

Fisetin is found in strawberries, apples and other plants. It has multiple benefits and can prolong life.

Studies show that fiserone can:

1.It exerts anti-aging effects, eliminates dysfunctional senescent cells, and promotes 2.the vigorous development of healthy cells.

3.Protecting the brain in various neurodegenerative disease models.

4.Improve the therapeutic effect of stroke patients

5.Help prevent malignant changes in cells

6.Help fight obesity and type 2 diabetes.

7.Multiple human trials are currently underway.

So far, the challenge faced is that deiserone will be converted into an inactive form in the digestive tract. This means that only a very small amount of fisetin is absorbed into the bloodstream.

Scientists have for the first time developed a low-cost method to increase the absorption rate of fiseketone by 25 times, enabling fiseketone to be distributed throughout the body.

What is fisetherone?

Flavonoids are found in various fruits and vegetables, including strawberries, apples, persimmons, grapes and Onions. its efficacy is similar to that of some other flavonoids, including green tea catechins and quercetin. But it has its own unique biological characteristics.

Most notably, a recent study found that among a group of tested flavonoids, fisetin was the most effective anti-aging compound. Anti-aging compounds are at the core of current anti-aging research.

Fiserone prolongs life

When cells age or become dysfunctional, they should die to make room for new cells. But as people age, many cells start to age instead.

This means that these cells have lost the ability to divide or perform basic functions and refuse to die. Some scientists refer to senescent cells as “zombie cells”.

Senescent cells do not just wander around. They secrete toxic compounds that degrade nearby cells and trigger chronic inflammation, causing systemic damage.

Cellular senescence has become the main target of anti-aging research. Preclinical studies have shown that a compound called senolytics can eliminate senescent cells and slow down or even reverse the aging process.

Recent research has found that fiserone is a highly effective anti-aging substance. Compared with other plant compounds such as quercetin, fiserone is the most effective substance for removing senescent cells in both cell culture and mouse experiments.

The effect is extremely remarkable. The average lifespan of mice treated with fiserone was extended by approximately 2.5 months, an increase of nearly 10% – even though the age of the mice at the start of the treatment was equivalent to 75 years old in humans.

Anti-aging properties

Silencing regulatory proteins are another anti-aging target. These cell protectors are present in all cells of the body and are crucial for maintaining the optimal performance of cells.

As people age, the functions of Sirtuin tend to weaken. However, fiserone can activate the Sirtuin function in cells, thereby reversing this decline. In various animal models, it has been demonstrated that Sirtuin activation can significantly extend lifespan.

Fiserone can also delay aging in other ways:

It can reduce inflammation, which is a cause of many chronic diseases and even aging.

It mimics some of the effects of calorie-restricted diets and has been proven to enhance resistance to diseases and prolong life.

It helps prevent oxidative damage that leads to accelerated aging and degenerative diseases.

Improve bioavailability

However, there is a problem with oral pure fiseketone: once it reaches the intestines, enzymes in the body will quickly convert it into an inactive and almost useless form.

Scientists have found a way to solve this problem. By combining it with galactomannan, a natural compound isolated from fenugreek, fiserone will not be altered in the intestine. It remains active and can be easily absorbed by the blood.

In a recent study, researchers found that a newly formulated combination of paint yellow pigment and galactomannan using patented green technology could increase the bioavailability (the amount absorbed and recycled) in the human body by 25 times.

This opens up a brand-new door for the elderly to obtain meaningful benefits by supplementing low-cost nutrients.
