Goji berry, also known as “wolfberry fruit”, is derived from the mature fruit of the Lycium barbarum plant in the Solanaceae family. It is highly nutritious and is known as the “red treasure” from Ningxia, China. It has been hailed as the “fruit of longevity” since ancient times.
