Life sometimes needs a little sweetness to heal our tired souls, and this ice cream powder is my ultimate source of sweetness.
The moment I tear open the package, the sweet aroma rushes towards me, instantly banishing all my worries to thin air. It’s so easy to use that even kitchen novices can handle it effortlessly. The making process is like a magical show full of surprises. Watching the liquid transform into delicious ice cream gives me an indescribable sense of achievement.
It comes in a wide variety of flavors, from beloved classics to unique and exotic ones, satisfying even the most discerning taste buds. What’s more, with its safe and healthy ingredients, it safeguards the sweet enjoyment of my family and me.
Basic Recipe: Classic Plain/Fruity Ice Cream
Ingredients (approx. 500ml capacity):
●100g ice cream powder (commercially available types with emulsifiers and stabilizers are recommended)
●250ml liquid base (choices include: pure milk, coconut milk, oat milk, or water)
Optional ingredients (to enhance flavor):
●30g fruit jam or puree (such as strawberry jam, blueberry puree)
●20g chocolate chips or chopped nuts
●Steps:
1:Mix the ingredients: Pour the ice cream powder into a large bowl. Slowly add the liquid and use an electric mixer on low speed to stir for 1 minute until there are no lumps and the mixture is as smooth as a milkshake.
2:Advanced version: Add fruit jam or puree and continue to stir for 30 seconds until well combined.
3:Let it sit to thicken: Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. This allows the powder to fully absorb water and expand, resulting in a creamier texture.
4:Freeze to set: Pour the mixture into a sealed container or ice cream mold and freeze for 4 – 6 hours. No need to stir halfway through.
5:Scooping tips: After freezing, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 3 minutes. Alternatively, soak the ice cream scoop in hot water for 10 seconds before scooping.
