What is the all-purpose “umami booster”?

We carefully select high-quality deep-sea laver, which is then baked at low temperatures to lock in freshness and finely ground into powder. It perfectly retains all the natural glutamic acid (the source of umami), minerals and vitamins of seaweed. It is not chemically purified monosodium glutamate, but a “flavor-enhancing magic weapon” bestowed by nature.

I. Nutritional Components

Seaweed powder is concentrated with vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber from nori. Every 100 grams contains:

(1)Vitamins: B vitamins (riboflavin, niacin), vitamin A, vitamin E, and a small amount of vitamin C.
(2)Minerals: potassium (1796 mg), calcium (246 mg), magnesium (105 mg), phosphorus (350 mg), iodine (0.536 mg), as well as iron, zinc, selenium, etc.
(3)Others: Protein (27.6 grams), dietary fiber (21.6 grams), unsaturated fatty acids, phycobile protein, flavonoids, alginic acid, etc.
